By using the EcoCH4 solution as a system to regulate and control gas preheating boilers, significant energy savings can be achieved in R&M pressure reduction stations.

The EcoCH4 intelligent unit acquires gas temper- ature values through hardware sensors or with a

digital connection with the R&M Station’s control unit.
Thanks to the process values acquired, through an advanced regulating algorithm, the ignition and shutdown of the gas preheating boilers is opti- mised, thereby optimising consumption.
